Lex Lapp (she/her) is a Los Angeles based writer and director. Her work asks questions about class, bodies, and familial dynamics. It is her desire to explore where narrative meets experimental and transform understood rules into magical, boundary breaking worlds.

Lex received her BFA from NYU Tisch School of the Arts, during which she studied in Amsterdam at the International Theater Workshop.

Lex has produced work featured  at Tribeca Film Festival, Sidewalk, and Outfest.

Most recently, Lex's short film The Savior, the Sick, & the Golden One is an official selection at River Bend Film Festival, as well as a semi finalist at Flickers' Rhode Island International Film Festival.
